We all know the saying, “New Year, New You.” Sure, it’s an appealing, inspiring concept. But, I think we all know that just because it’s the start of a new year doesn’t automatically mean a new version of ourselves will just appear. If it were only as easy as it sounds! The reality is dreams don’t work unless you do. Change, elevation, and self-improvement requires dedication, initiative, and building habits that can withstand just about anything. And again, if it were only as easy it sounds.
One of my personal challenges is sticking by something once I start it and seeing it through completion. So, I made a promise to myself to set my intentions and start building the habits that are going to get me to the results I want by the end of 2020. This is something I encourage you to try as well.
